Innovative Code Consultants, LLC (ICC) was recently established in September of 2022. ICC is a company founded by Architect Donald L. Dudrow, Jr., RA and Certified Building Official Geoffrey D. Eaton, RA.
In addition, Architect and Certified Accessibility Plans Examiner and Inspector Brian Yacucci is an integral part of ICC. Brian’s expertise in accessibility requirements are valuable assets to ICC’s scope of services.
Longtime friends since their studio days at The Ohio State University, Don and Geoff formed ICC with a focus on assisting design professionals, owners, and other agencies with building code analyses, accessibility guidelines, and other professional services related to new and existing construction.

Donald L. Dudrow, Jr. has over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and affordable housing development. His firm, Creative Housing Solutions, Inc. has provided architectural and consulting services to private and public housing providers throughout the United States and the USVI. Mr. Dudrow established Creative Housing Solutions Inc. in 1994 as an architectural and consulting firm specializing in private and public affordable housing. Mr. Dudrow is a Registered Architect, NCARB Certificate Holder and Certified Energy Manager and provides architectural design and planning expertise. Mr. Dudrow is the President of Creative Housing Solutions, Inc. and Innovative Code Consultants, LLC.
GEOFFREY EATON, RA, CBO
Architect / Certified Building Official
Geoffrey Eaton has over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and certified building department administration. Mr. Eaton focuses on changing the dynamics of relationships between design professionals, owners, and building departments. Establishing these collaborative relationships during initial design stages are crucial to a project’s success. Mr. Eaton is a Registered Architect and holds building department certifications as a Certified Building Official, Master Plans Examiner, Building inspector and Mechanical Inspector. Mr. Eaton is Vice President of Innovative Code Consultants, LLC.
BRIAN YACUCCI, RA, NCARB
Architect
Brian Yacucci has over 20 years of experience in the field of architecture and accessibility. Mr. Yacucci has prepared over 1,000 Capital/Physical Needs Assessment and hundreds of Section 504 Accessibility Assessment Transition Plans. Mr. Yacucci’s expertise in Accessibility requirements, construction administration, and consulting services, are essential to the scope of services provided by Innovative Code Consultants, LLC. Mr. Yacucci is a Registered Architect, NCARB Certificate Holder, and maintains Certification for Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner.
